Hey readers!
As you may have noticed, How We Flourish is turning into a GAPS blog. In doing so, I have started sharing a lot of recipes and tutorials. I have many more planned for the next couple months and I am very excited about this transition. I hope you are, too. GAPS is something that I have become extremely passionate about. More than anything, I have become passionate about sharing GAPS in a way that shows people it is a manageable diet for those who are on a budget, short on time, or aren’t great in the kitchen.
You can see all of my meals on Instagram if you want to see what I really eat while on GAPS.
If you want to see all the recipes and tutorials that I am posting on How We Flourish, Yummly is the place to do that! Unlike the How We Flourish Pinterest Board, my new Yummly page just has my recipes. Note that I have included some of my older recipes, which are not necessarily GAPS-friendly. But the vast majority are – at the moment there are two recipes which contain oats and the rest are GAPS legal.
If you aren’t familiar with Yummly, it’s an awesome site. You can save recipes from all around the web in your “recipe box” and organize them into collections. I’m having lots of fun with it! I’d of course be honored if you hit the “yum” button that is on all of my recipes to save them.
Do you use Yummly? Do you like it?
